Consumer Refund Services Terms and Conditions

You agree to pay 10% of the refunded amount after you receive your money back in your original mode of payment.


Welcome to GetMyRefund, India's first online platform dedicated to consumer complaint assistance, helping you reclaim what is legally yours.


1. As per our conversation, please send us the details of your transaction, booking information, invoices, complaint date, and one original photo ID address proof of the account holder.


2. Please note that we are committed to assisting you in the refund process, ensuring you receive your money back in your original mode of payment within a maximum of 90 working days, starting from tomorrow. You will not incur any charges until you get your refund back in your own account or wallet. You have also agreed to pay us a success fee of 10% of the refunded amount, only AFTER you have received your refund in your original mode of payment.


3. We want to clarify that there are no hidden charges or taxes; a flat 10% of the refunded amount is all you need to pay as our fee once you receive your refund. We will continually pursue a full refund on your behalf, but our charges of a flat 10% of the refunded amount will apply to whatever amount is refunded to you.


4. Please acknowledge this email, our charges, and send us the aforementioned details so we can initiate the process. Additionally, sending your details to us will be considered an acknowledgment of acceptance of all GetMyRefund terms and conditions.


5. Rest assured, we will provide all the support and assistance needed to represent your case, including filing complaints on various government-approved portals on your behalf and sending legal notices if necessary. All actions will be taken only with your authorization, and you will be kept informed about the progress of your complaints and your case at every stage.


6. Acknowledgment of this email indicates your agreement to pay our charges of a flat 10% of the refunded amount as soon as you receive your money back in your original mode of payment, regardless of the extent of legal work we have performed to help you reclaim your funds. As previously mentioned, there are no hidden or extra charges; our fee remains a flat 10% of the refunded amount.


7. Once you receive a refund from them, you must pay us a flat 10% of that refunded amount as our fee, irrespective of how much refund is still pending. We will certainly continue to pursue the remaining amount, but you will need to pay our fee on the already refunded amount first.


8. After accepting these terms and conditions, our charges of a flat 10% of the refunded amount will apply to all future refunds you receive from them related to this specific case. Please note that you will not owe any fee on the amount that has already been refunded to you prior to submitting your documents to us.


9. Once you accept our terms and conditions or send us your documents, our charges will become applicable immediately. Therefore, ensure you read all the terms and conditions carefully before you agree to them.


10. Failure to pay our charges promptly upon receiving your money back can lead to the initiation of legal proceedings against you for non-payment of our dues. If you have any questions regarding any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, please reply to this email.
